With Owl’s House, a private vacation guest house, the dramatic Before + After visuals showcase how much this space was transformed within three months. Kim oversaw the design and build-out, working with multiple contractors and with a fairly tight budget. The total remodel with all furnishings and construction came in at about $70k. The guest house opened in September 2021 and, within a year, made the original investment back and is currently booking on multiple STR platforms with net sales between $7k to $11k monthly.
